Initial shipments of physical rewards have begun!!!

Hello friends,
It's been a while but we trust everyone's doing well. Happy Lunar New Year to those who celebrate it! We have excellent news today for backers at the Maestro tier and above:
As of February 15, the physical box sets and the Mascherines have been shipped out by IndieBox!!
The Maestro box sets in IndieBox's signature green protective carriers.
Boxes for the Regenti (and above) backers, carrying the box set and Cicero's Mascherine.
Two important points of note:
For Regenti (and above) backers, please note that the physical Art Book and the physical Kickstarter poster are NOT in the box. These items will be mailed separately to you at a later date, due to production and sizing issues. The poster is way too large to go into that box, and we didn't want to fold it! The target window to complete these shipments is early May 2018, though you may receive these earlier.
The USB stick inside the physical box set does not carry the digital copies of the Kickstarter poster and the Art Book. We will be distributing these digital items to everyone in the Pavissiere tier and above in the next few weeks, so watch out for an email from BackerKit if you wanted this!
Some backers in the US have already let me know they received their boxes, so most US backers should have their orders fulfilled within the next 2 weeks. If you are in the US and have not received yours by the end of the month, please get in touch so we can find out what happened.
As for our non-US backers (especially our homies in Singapore), please keep in mind these items are being shipped out from Florida, USA and may take up to a month to reach you. We kindly request for your patience!

Final sweep of credit card charges on BackerKit!

Hey everyone,
The goods produced in China are now safely with IndieBox, which means we are in the home stretch!
So, we are beginning final administration on BackerKit. Before we can finalize shipping addresses, we need to complete all credit card charges through BackerKit for the backers who have not paid for their pledges or add-on orders. Yes, we haven't actually charged anyone who added funds through BackerKit, so it's time to get this done!
NOTE: If you backed us on Kickstarter and did not make any pledges or add-ons through BackerKit, you most likely are all settled with payments and can ignore the rest of this update.
If you submitted your credit card information to BackerKit, PLEASE KEEP READING.
We will begin clearing these outstanding payments starting the day after tomorrow, Friday 17 November. Should you have confirmed your pledge or add-on through BackerKit and currently have a non-valid method of payment on file, you'll likely receive an email requesting that you kindly update the payment method. For these backers, if we are unable to clear your payment by Friday 24th November, please be warned that we will NOT ship your pledge rewards or add-ons!
(We have reached out through private message for those backers who have outstanding payments in excess of £40, but this update serves as general notice for all backers who who have not paid for their pledges or add-on orders.)
Don't hesitate to reach out by direct message on Kickstarter if you have any questions. Once we get this all settled, we'll be able to give you a final timeline of shipping and fulfillment.

Hey everyone,
Brian here! Convention season is finally over; since late August (when we launched Masquerada on Xbox One) I've been subsequently tied up with exhibiting the game at multiple shows, starting with PAX West in Seattle, Tokyo Game Show, two gaming events in Singapore (Singapore Toys, Games and Comics Convention + GameStart Asia) and finally PAX Australia! That's pretty much one exhibition every other week. All this is to say, I'm really sorry for the lack of updates inbetween!
Now that things are back in gear both on our side and for IndieBox (who, being located in Florida, were affected by Hurricane Irma), we are elated to tell you that the Cicero figure has been finalized for production. This means the box set production is effectively complete, and our final tasks now are to get the rewards shipped from China to IndieBox in Florida, assemble all the rewards together in neat packages and begin sending the rewards to you folks.

By our current estimates, we should be able to start shipping in the period between December 2017 to February 2018. As always, don't take this as a hard milestone because things like Christmas might kick us in the balls, time and process-wise. But we are determined to do our best!
Two other points of note:
If you are receiving any of the physical rewards and intend to change your address in the December 2017 to February 2018 period, please update it by visiting the BackerKit portal at masquerada.backerkit.com, then hit "Go To Page" on the top right and click on "Shipping" to bring up your shipping address as per our current record. We will make an announcement about locking down shipping addresses once we obtain a final timeline for shipping and fulfillment.
The Regenti exclusive rewards (the Mascherine, physical artbook and poster) will ship separately from the physical game box itself. The Mascherine will be shipped by IndieBox as well - likely a single package together with the game box, to be determined once we sort out the final modes of shipping to backers. The physical artbook and poster will be shipped by us at Witching Hour directly.

Masquerada arrives on Xbox One!

Dear friends,
Masquerada is now available for Xbox One!
After a gruelling process of getting through certification, we're proud to announce that our tactical RPG is now safely available for one and all to download on the Xbox Store.
Unfortunately, backers from these countries still have to wait a bit for your Asia Store code, as Sony is only able to get them ready next Monday, Aug 28th. If you are an affected backer, we'll make sure your code is waiting in your BackerKit repository on that date - and please get in touch if you don't find it there!

IndieBox reports that in two weeks, we will have solid information about a timeline on shipping the physical box set for backers at the Maestro tier and above. We'll deliver a full report once it's all clear to us!

The great news!
1) Masquerada for PlayStation 4 available now in North America and Europe!
We've finally arrived on this momentous day! Here are links to the PlayStation Store for the United Kingdom and the United States, and in other NA/EU territories you should be able to search for the game and find it now.

Of course, this means that backers from these regions who opted for the PlayStation 4 version will now be able to claim the game, using the voucher code provided by us through our BackerKit portal! Notification emails with links to the keys are going out today, so please check your emails, especially your spam folders if you have never seen an email notification from BackerKit before.
(Once again, in case you aren't aware of the BackerKit portal that we use to distribute rewards, please visit masquerada.backerkit.com and fill in your email to get a new link to your BackerKit dashboard. Once you get there, there should be a Digital Downloads section visible on your BackerKit dashboard where you can retrieve your PSN code at any time!)
2) Masquerada for Nintendo Switch officially announced!
Some of you already had guessed we were porting Masquerada to the Switch, and we just wanted to make it official! We will be doing private demos of the Switch version to press at PAX West in September, but if you happen to be there and if we don't have an appointment lined up, we'll make the game available to you to play!
Let's Switch it up with some dancing magic action.
3) We're finally proceeding to full production of the Cicero figure for the physical boxset backers! This is the last piece of the puzzle and we should be able to begin fulfilment in the near future. More news on this once IndieBox reports on the completion of the goods.
Here's the bad news...
1) PlayStation Store users in Asia won't be able to get the game until August 23.
We tried our best, but the bureaucracy and moving parts involved in getting a game out on a console platform is just insane, with multiple unexplained lead times involved in things you don't expect. This means that our backers from Singapore, Malaysia and any other parts of Asia who use an Asia Store PSN account will not get their code until August 23.
We are deeply apologetic for this, and wish we could have done better, most especially for friends on our home turf. Should any of you affected wish to receive a substitute code from either the American or European regions, please send us a direct message to arrange this, we'd be most glad to make it happen.
2) The Xbox One release has also been delayed to August 23. Same reasons as above. If you have friends affected by this, please let them know.
